And the man who got us started on six degrees of separation, Kevin Bacon, who also got us Footloose dancing and left us panting for breath, took his first breath in 1958.
The English romantic poet Percy Bysshe Shelley put down his pen in 1822. Former First Lady Betty Ford passed on in 2011. And two former world leaders – Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe and former Mexican President Luis Echevarria both passed off the world stage in 2022.
